Tim Kramer is a Property Manager in Chicago, Illinois. He first became involved in the property management industry (and IREM) in 1994 when he joined the family firm as a Leasing Consultant on the Near South Side of Chicago. Tim obtained his ARM® designation in 1995 and has held several IREM leadership roles on both a local and national level. He is currently an ARM® Representative to the IREM Governing Council and also serves on the Ethics Discipline and Hearing Board as well as the Ethics Committee.  He lives in Chicago, IL with his wife, 6 year old daughter, and Princess the Wonder Papillon.
