Nick plays a leading role in the strategic direction and leadership of Transwestern in the area of retail services on a regional and national basis. With his Houston team, he is responsible for overseeing and executing retail transactions in the greater Houston market place.

Nick joined Transwestern from being a Principal at Page Partners Retail Real Estate Advisors. While at Page Partners, for five years, Nick served on the Board of Directors of Chain Links Retail Advisors.  

A specialist in tenant representation, Nick’s client portfolio includes many national and local retail and restaurant tenants such as Darden Restaurants (Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Capital Grill, Seasons 52, Eddie V’s, Yard House and Bahama Breeze), Lidia’s Italy, The Men’s Wearhouse, The Children’s Place, K & G Menswear, J. Alexander’s, Peter Piper Pizza, Ocean Prime, MOD Pizza, Mercantil Commercebank, Punch Bowl Social, Giordano’s, Larry North Fitness, Memorial Hermann, Original Pancake House, Shake Shack, Velvet Taco, and Suitsupply.  

Using his skills in the urban/lifestyle retail environment, Nick has been involved in Houston’s most high profile lifestyle/mixed use developments, including Market Street at The Woodlands, LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch, Sugar Land Town Square, CityCentre at Town & Country and High Street. Nick currently leads a team that is working on Houston’s most dynamic mixed use projects including River Oaks District, CityPlace at Springwoods Village and West Ave at River Oaks.

Nick is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a member of ICSC. Nick received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
