As President of Asset Services, Americas, Marla is responsible for the delivery of best-in-class services for Cushman & Wakefield investor clients. She works with geographic leaders, leasing teams, and property managers to increase asset value and deliver quality and consistency to multi-market clients. Marla also oversees Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services technical integration and delivery, consisting of 1,426 engineering employees, and serves on the Strategic Accounts Management team, focusing on business development and enhancing strategic client relationships. She is also a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Americas Executive Committee.

Marla is accountable for the operations of Cushman & Wakefield’s 590 million-sf portfolio managed on behalf of investors and owners. She is a member of the Cushman & Wakefield’s Technology Advisory Council and invests her time to ensure an integrated support infrastructure, focusing on delivering best practices and innovation to all accounts.
