Dr. Debbie Phillips is an entrepreneur and management professional with more than 25 years of experience specializing in the real estate industry. Before forming her own company The Quadrillion, an international consulting firm in 1997, Dr. Phillips served as Vice President for two national real estate firms.

In addition to her corporate consulting, Debbie is currently serving as Executive Director for the Georgia Apartment Industry Education Foundation and is the lead instructor for the organization’s college programs in Residential Property Management at The University of Georgia and Georgia Tech. She also teaches distance learning courses and assists in the curriculum development for other real estate programs.  Debbie serves as the Chair of IREM National’s Continuous Learning Advisory Board and the Vice President of Education for IREM Georgia. She has been a CPM member since 2001.

Dr. Phillips completed her Ph.D. from Georgia Tech, where her research focused on Resident Satisfaction and Employee Engagement as she developed an Employee Engagement Model for the Multi-Housing Industry. Debbie also holds a Master of Science degree in Housing & Consumer Economics, with an emphasis in Seniors Housing, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Journalism, both from the University of Georgia.
