Having a mission statement is merely the first step. Untold numbers of failed organizations had mission statements, but never properly utilized their power. To be a successful mission driven organization requires consistent reinforcement. They utilize their mission to motivate current employees and selectively recruit new staff. Their mission provides alignment and “True North” direction within diverse teams and work groups. It also acts as a guide in effectively allocating time, money and other strategic resources. Attend this workshop and walk-away with:

  • Methods of reinforcement to keep a mission “alive” and thriving
  • Use of mission to provide alignment and accountability to a building/team/organization
  • How to use mission in the development of an effective strategy
