How Ethical Are You? You Be the Judge! (CS-7)

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

(originally presented at 2015 IREM Fall Conference)

What sets IREM Members apart from the competition?  Ethics!  Every member must adhere to the IREM Code of Professional Ethics – and the Code is stringently enforced!  So what does this mean for you and your business?  Find out more as members of the IREM Ethics Committee demonstrate the IREM ethics process by performing an interactive mock ethics hearing.  Did you benefit from last year’s mock hearing?  Come again to explore a new case that examines different articles of the Code.  Attend this session and:

  • Discover what you might not fully comprehend about the IREM Code
  • Gain a better understanding about the ethics process – from who and how a complaint can be filed to the impacts a “guilty” decision can have on one’s membership
  • Learn about the top areas of the Code that land members in hot water
